It is recommended you have your screening mammogram either prior to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine or wait 4 to 6 weeks after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine/booster due to the possibility of swelling in your lymph nodes.

Most insurance policies only cover one screening mammogram per year. Make sure you are scheduling your appointment at least one year and one day after your last mammogram.
