The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Martha Jefferson Early Learning Center is part of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s ongoing commitment to investing in its team members. Supported by a $10 million investment from Â鶹ÊÓƵ Health and a $5 million endowment campaign led by the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation, the center reflects the organization's recognition that meeting the personal needs of staff is essential to delivering exceptional patient care. Designed with the unique challenges of working parents in mind, this on-site facility will provide a convenient, supportive solution that helps employees balance their professional and family responsibilities.

This partnership ensures that the center will provide more than just care—it will create an enriching environment where children can grow and thrive.
