The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Northern Virginia Medical Center surgical services team is committed to providing high-quality care in a comfortable setting. Whether your surgery is inpatient or outpatient, you will receive personal care from our board-certified surgeons and nurses.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ offers a full range of procedures, including the following specialties:
- Breast surgery
- Cancer surgery
- Ear, nose and throat surgery
- General surgery
- Gynecological surgery
- Hand surgery
- Orthopedic surgery
- Outpatient or one-day surgery
- Plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery

Depending on the procedure you're having, you'll need to enter Â鶹ÊÓƵ Northern Virginia Medical Center either through the surgical services entrance or through the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Heart & Vascular Center entrance. You should verify which entrance to use during your pre-operative interview.
If your surgery is scheduled in Surgical Services, you can park outside of the Surgical Services entrance. You may also drive up to the main entrance where our valets will be happy to park your car for your convenience. From there, you’ll proceed to Surgical Services and check in at the registration area.
If arriving through the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Heart & Vascular Center, use the hospital entrance at River Rock Way and follow signs to the appropriate parking lot. You'll need to check in at the registration desk.
