What is Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s diabetes fitness program?

Â鶹ÊÓƵ therapy centers provide individualized evaluations and prescribed exercise programs to those individuals diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes. Our diabetes fitness program focuses on aerobic, strength and flexibility training, helping with weight control and reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications.

How do I participate?

In most instances, this program can be covered under your physical therapy benefits from your insurance. Ask your doctor to write a prescription for Â鶹ÊÓƵ Therapy Center’s “Diabetes Fitness Program.” You can also be scheduled without a prescription as we can contact your insurance for you after an evaluation.
